We are pleased to announce the launch of NSDirect, the upgraded Web Office of NSD. Currently, NSDirect is available to the clients who use electronic interactions associated with corporate actions, however, in future it will provide an access to other services of the company on the basis of the one-stop-shop principle.
NSDirect has an intuitive interface; it allows to exchange data in real time using a web browser. The safety of NSDirect is guaranteed by the newest cryptographic protection and information encryption systems.
Please note that it has been planned to gradually withdraw the support of the outdated «LUCH» software which was developed more than 10 years ago. In line with the best practices, NSD has made a decision to develop more promising electronic interchange channels and to withdraw the «LUCH» software of service in stages. It is planned to discontinue the «LUCH» software entirely in 2018. Until then, the set of tools of electronic interaction channels will be expanded to cover the full range of services and to satisfy the needs of all NSD client groups:
- NSDirect will be convenient for the clients performing a small number of transactions (to manually input data and review information) and for the customers carrying out a medium or a big number of operations (to control and monitor electronic interactions with NSD). In addition, these latter two categories of clients will be able to use NSDirect as a backup channel.
- The File Gate, an alternative to the Luch software, is a channel allowing users to transfer information in the automatic file export/import mode. This channel has been developed for the customers carrying out a medium and a big number of operations.
- The Web Service and SWIFT are the interaction channels providing a direct integration of the systems without installation of the company’s intermediate software. These solutions have been developed for the clients conducting a big number of transactions.
