MOSCOW – "The National Depository Center" (Closed Joint Stock Company) (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announced today that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been called for 29 June, 2010. The date was fixed by the Board of Directors at its meeting held 25 May.
NDC’s Board has also approved the AGM agenda and considered a number of other issues related to NDC reorganization by means of merger with MICEX Settlement House.
