MOSCOW – "The National Depository Center" (Closed Joint Stock Company) (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, reports that it reduces monthly safekeeping tariffs for shares and UIT units by 10%.
The reduced tariffs are to come into effect on 1 June in accordance with NDC Board of Directors' decision of April 13, 2010, on approval of new monthly safekeeping tariffs for shares and UIT units excluding shares specified in paragraphs 2.7.1 – 2.7.3. of the Fee Schedule.
10% decrease in tariffs is the next stage of optimization of depositors' expenses on servicing of their securities in NDC.

"The National Depository Center" (Closed Joint Stock Company) is the largest settlement depository in Russia, servicing on-exchange and OTC transactions with all types of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers. NDC provides storage of global certificates and depository accounting for 99% of corporate bond issues, sub-federal and municipal bond issues.
