NDC Participates in the Russian Securities Infrastructure & Operations Forum

On 8-9 June 2005 the 2^nd Annual International Russian Securities Infrastructure & Operations Forum will be held in Moscow.

The Forum has been organised by IIR Ltd., a Company with an extensive experience in holding international meetings, such as the Global Custody Forum, one of the major similar events, which has been held annually for 15 years.

The First Russian Securities Infrastructure & Operations Forum held in Moscow in 2004 was quite a success. Representatives of the Federal Service on Financial Markets (FSFM), the Central Bank of Russia, the State Duma, and over 100 organizations – global custodians, registrars, foreign Central Securities Depositories (CSDs), brokers and financial companies, fiduciaries, management companies and institutional investors took part in the last year’s Forum.

The main objective of the Forum 2005 is to provide the registrars and the securities market participants with the opportunity to continue discussing the most pressing key issues of the Russian securities market functioning and development, taking into consideration long experience and up-to-date trends in the international financial markets.

The outstanding list of the Forum Speakers, as well the range of issues to be discussed at it makes the coming Forum unique event for the economic life of Russia.
