NSD and VRK CJSC Conclude Agreement for Transfer Agency Services

MOSCOW - National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, and Vedeniye Reyestrov Kompaniy CJSC (VRK), a specialist registrar, have concluded an agreement for transfer agency services provided via NSD's EDI system.

The concluded service allows NSD's customers to conduct operations in registers and to submit in electronic format the lists of owners while conducting the corporate actions in their accounts in registers maintained by VRK.

National Settlement Depository (NSD) is the largest settlement depository in Russia, a part of the MICEX Group, servicing on-exchange and OTC transactions with all types of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers and providing settlement services to participants in financial markets of the Russian Federation.
