On 21 April 2022, the Supervisory Board elected the following new members of NSD’s Central Securities Depository Customer Committee:

The Committee members were elected in accordance with the methodology described in the appendix to the Regulations on the Central Securities Depository Customer Committee. This methodology was developed by NSD to ensure fair representation of different client categories in the Committee. 

The new members of the Committee were elected for the period of one year with effect from 22 April 2022.

The Supervisory Board approved the following amended and restated documents:

  • Fees for NSD’s Bank Services;
  • NSD’s Pricing Policy;
  • Rules of Internal Control of NSD Aimed at Combating Money Laundering, Combating Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (attached).

The Supervisory Board took note of the following documents:

  • Report on Managing the Trade Repository’s Regulatory Risk for 2021;
  • Report on NSD’s Significant Risks for Q1 2022;
  • Report on NSD’s Amount of Capital, on Results of Capital Adequacy Assessment, and on Complying with Mandatory Ratios for Q1 2022.
