National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository, and Neoflex, Russian leading supplier of software and professional IT services for the financial markets, have launched new information services provided by NSD’s Corporate Information Center (CIC). Now CIC accumulates information about issuers, securities and corporate actions serviced by NSD. The new services have been developed on the basis of GoldenSource Corporation’s software.
GoldenSource allows to verify information received from various sources and to add data important for the users. The CCI technologic platform let users create various information products, prepare individual information distribution timetables and send data via electronic communications channels in line with individual needs of users.

At the first stage of the project, NSD has developed and introduced a number of specialized information products:
- GMs&Dividends – information about annual and extraordinary general meetings of shareholders and about dividend payment;
- GMs&Dividends (Holding) – information about general meetings of shareholders and about dividend payment in respect of the client’s securities portfolio serviced by NSD;
- SIR Offers – information about on Russian issuers’ bond offers;
- SIR Defaults – information about on Russian issuers’ bond defaults.
The participants may find out more about the new products and adjust their systems for receiving and processing information distributed by CCI.
