MOSCOW - National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, reports that its Supervisory Board at the meeting held 8 June made a decision on calling and conducting of the Extraordinary Meeting of NSD's shareholders on 30 June. The Board also approved the EGM agenda and considered other issues connected with EGM preparation and conducting. NSD's shareholders are recommended to approve the following issues:
- New version of NSD's Charter
- New version of the Regulations on the General Meeting of NSD's shareholders
- New version of the Regulations on NSD's Supervisory Board
- New version of the Regulations on NSD's Executive Board
The company's Supervisory Board approved the Regulations on Risk Management and affirmed NSD's participation in ABISS Not-for-Profit Partnership, an organization involved in implementation and development of standards and rules of commercial activities with regard to credit and financial organizations' information security compulsory for all ABISS members.
