3. How can we submit a FATCA Details Form via SWIFT FileAct?

A FATCA Details Form has to be sent to NSD using the following SWIFT BIC: MICURUMM. When submitting a FATCA Details Form via SWIFT FileAct, please use the following parameters:

  • Message identifier: defp.xxx.nsd.fatca
  • RequestType: defp.xxx.nsd.fatca

4. Which name of the file containing FATCA Details Form should be used for sending the documents via WEB-Service of NSD?

According to NSD’s EDI Rules the name of the zip file containing FATCA Details Form  submitted to NSD should meet the following requirements:

  • 1st symbol: Y
  • 2nd – 4th symbol: DDM, where DD - day, M - month: 1-9, A, B,C
  • 5 – 8th symbol: Unique number of EDI package of a certain day
  • File extension: ZIP (after encryption: CRY)
