National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository, and Alpina Publisher, a leading Russian publishing house specializing in business literature, have issued a Russian edition of Running the World's Markets: The Governance of Financial Infrastructure. The book’s author is Ruben Lee, a renowned expert on global financial infrastructure. This is the first Russian edition of the book.
The book covers corporate governance issues associated with the infrastructures and regulatory mechanisms of the global financial market. It lets us take a fresh look at what defines the drivers of international market development.
While working on the book, the author interviewed representatives of more than 150 organizations and 600 market experts. Ruben Lee carried out an in-depth analysis of how the international market infrastructures and regulations were organized and function.
