On 01 July, 2013 a new version of the Terms and conditions for the provision of repository services (hereinafter – “the Terms”) has been adopted in accordance with the NSD’s Chairman of Executive Board Order.
Amendments in the Terms are applied to:
- NSD’s transition to the new message formats (new names and codes for document types are implemented, as well as Repository message formats);
- changes in the Master agreement termination procedure. In accordance with the new version of the Terms, “Master agreement termination reporting form” is required to terminate master agreement and/or Repository Services Agreement regarding single Master agreement.
- Implementation of a new section “2.5 Services provided by the Repository”. The section contains the list of services, provided by the Repository.
- Implementation of a new section “6. Repository’s additional services”, containing information on new Repository services such as conversion; provision of the report “Reporting forms with a Pending status”; Repository web service.
New version of the Terms will come in effect no later than 01 August, 2013, Clients shall be notified about the exact date.
New version of the Terms is published on NSD’s web site in the Repository regulations, rules and legislation section and also on specialized Repository web-portal.
