NSD is committed to keeping you up-to-date on the measures being taken to ensure our business continuity and to protect health and safety of our clients and employees in the face of the global spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
NSD is complying in full with the regulatory requirements and restrictions imposed in Moscow and Moscow Region.
More than 90% of our employees work at home. To protect those employees who continue working from office, the following arrangements have been put in place to minimize risks to their health in the current situation:
- No use of public transport to commute to the office: employees either use their personal cars or, if they do not have a car, are provided with a taxi service.
- Temperature checks are arranged for all employees, and they are provided with medical face masks and disinfectants.
- The common areas and working spaces in the office are marked off to facilitate keeping the necessary safe distance.
- Access to NSD's office building is restricted; employees working from home are not allowed to come to the office.
To ensure uninterrupted services, NSD is continuously monitoring the situation both globally and at the level of the Group and the company, analyzing related risks and threats, and applying optimal response measures and business continuity strategies that include both organizational and technical solutions.
For the purposes of remote delivery of documents required to update any data or to sign up for any services, clients may use Moscow Exchange User Account (LKU).
While most of our employees now work at home and our processes are being adapted to the new environment, we are committed to provide our services properly.
